I've been blog-cleaning. Why? I was prompted to clean up because I wanted to re-post my lampwork "history" since the original photos were lost. I have kept my original beads and have been able to re-take pictures. I've been reading through the posts and editing or deleting the posts that don't seem relevant now. (I'm a revisionist.)
Someone told me to keep my first beads and my first pieces of jewelry. I was tempted to throw things out from time to time, but I'm glad I paid attention. Going through my early beads is giving me new ideas on techniques I want to try to incorporate into my beads.
What is more interesting is how far I've come in a relatively short time, considering this is only a hobby. I've gone from these hideous lumps...(which made me proud because I didn't burn down the house...)
